Returns

100 Days Full Return Rights: Linen gets softer with every wash. We are confident that once you fully experience the exquisite softness of our top-quality linen, you'll never want to sleep in anything else! For that reason, we want you to have the opportunity to live with your new organic linen bedding long enough for its true qualities to fully emerge, which is why we offer a full 100 days return right. This applies to all items except where noted (i.e. renewed bedding and clearance sale items). 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase however, simply submit your return in your Account and we will email you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions for how to complete your return (US only. If you are in a different region you will be responsible for the return shipping costs).

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that were damaged while in the customer's possession (e.g. by pets). All product items from the order must be included in the return to be eligible for a refund, including the linen pouches the items arrived in. A 10% missing items fee will be deducted for returns with pouches missing. 

As a small, sustainability-focused business, we take care to minimize waste and the environmental impact of returns. For that reason, returns over $1,000 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This policy helps us recover part of the costs associated with large shipments and ensures we can continue offering responsibly made products at fair prices. If you’re considering a sizable order, we’re always happy to help confirm colors, sizes, or fabric details beforehand to make sure everything is just right. 

Return Shipping

We will email you a prepaid shipping label after receiving your return request (US only. If you are in a different region you will be responsible for the return shipping costs). Simply print out the return label, affix it to the box, and drop off the parcel at your local carrier. 

For large or high-value returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and ensuring packages are fully insured for the value of the items.

Refunds

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
