Shipment Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there for any recent beyond our control will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all US and Canada orders, which usually arrives in 2-5 days depending on where you live relative to Seattle where we ship out of. You can also choose faster shipping methods during checkout if you'd like. Here are some estimated shipping costs (again, this can vary based on where you live):

For orders to be delivered to regions other than the US and Canada, you will see shipping options during checkout.

Shipping confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Modern Dane is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). These costs are calculated at checkout and will be included in your total.

Damages

Should your order be lost or damaged by the carrier during shipping, we will handle filing the claim with the carrier and send you a replacement product.

International Shipping Policy

We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia at this time. We offer free shipping to the US and Canada—shipping costs to other regions will be calculated during checkout along with customs fees and taxes.

Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. In short, we take all products back within 100 days for any reason should you not be perfectly happy with your order (renewed bedding and clearance sale items excluded).
